Hot wire CNC foam cutting machine MW-Series PRO! are recommended for those who planning to start a mass production of architectural and decoration elements. 10 wires cutting identical shapes simultaneously significantly reduce the time required to produce large quantities of identical shapes. The maximum number of cutting wires is 10, but depending on the project the operator may choose to use 1, 3, 6, etc.

Computer Numerical Control

The hot wire CNC foam cutter is a machine controlled by a PC computer, capable of cutting any different shapes/objects out of polystyrene foam (EPS and XPS). The cutting is performed with a hot cutting wire moving in the vertical and horizontal axes through the use of stepper motors controlled by an electronic controller connected to a PC via USB and operated with our control software. This ensures flawless precision, high processing speed, and consistently excellent quality.

The precise mechanisms and perfect electronic control of motors movement enable the operator to cut any shape, as long as its thickness corresponds with the material thickness. There is also the option of designing and cutting a few different outlines of the same project, resulting in very attractive 3D shapes. The TurnTable makes it possible to cut, e.g., spheres, the Lathe is indispensable for column cutting, and further possibilities come with the ShapeWire Tool.

AVAILABLE MODELS

The standard product range includes 12 basic models of hot wire CNC machines of MW-Seires PRO! and designed to accommodate standard blocks of cutting material. The narrower hot wire CNC foam cutting unit, MW1300 Small, is capable of cutting a standard block along its shorter side, as both the cutting wire length and machine width are 1300 mm. In contrast, the wider MW3000 Large model allows cutting along the long side of the block, featuring a cutting wire length and machine width of 3000 mm.

KEY STANDARD MACHINE DIMENSIONS EXPLAINED

Machine Width=Cutting wire length (Z-axis).

The machine width corresponds to the cutting wire length and defines the maximum length of shapes or profiles that can be cut.

Machine Length (X-axis).

This dimension determines the maximum cutting length along the machine.

Machine Height (Y-axis).

The machine height defines the maximum height of the material block that can be processed. On standard machines, this value typically ranges from 1220 to 1300 mm, allowing for full-size EPS blocks.

The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical parts as well as software.
The only thing it does not cover is the cutting wire (but the 0.1 kg spool you receive with the machine is likely to last longer than the warranty).

Most replacement parts are shipped to customers on the very same day they are requested.
