Available in all T-Series PRO! CNC machines only, the Double Wire option is an affordable way of doubling your Hot wire CNC foam cutter’s output. With the Double Wire option installed on your 3D foam cutting machine, there is an additional wire bracket system placed above the standard one. This means you can cut with two wires simultaneously, i.e. two identical shapes will be cut at the same time. The height of the extra wire bracket can be adjusted so that the distance between the two cutting wires can be set to any value between 95 mm and 610 mm.
Note: DoubleWire and ShapeWire Tool are not compatible. Only one of these two tools can be ordered for a given T-Series PRO! hot wire CNC foam cutter.
