Accessories for Hot Wire CNC Machines
Hot wire CNC Foam cutter software-controlled, fully-computerized ShapeWire Tool is an optional device available for most our Hot wire CNC foam cutters. When used along with the TurnTable or the Lathe, the ShapeWire Tool enables the operator to cut all kinds or grooved, chiseled, hollow and symmetrical shapes. It uses special 1 mm or 2,2 mm thick bendable resistant cutting wire which is pre-shaped by the operator and then mounted on a special bar (tool), either horizontally or vertically. The fact that the material is simultaneously being rotated by the Lathe or the TurnTable means there is an almost unlimited number of shapes you can achieve.
- Easy to install and remove when not needed.
- Will heat up to 50 cm long pieces of shapewire bar.
- 1 mm or 2,2 mm thick shapeable wire (reusable).
- Works with both TurnTable and Lathe.
- Perfect for grooves, threads and similar shapes.
- Temporarily replaces the straight wire.
