One of the biggest benefits of Hot wire CNC foam cutting machines T-Series! is the modular frame made from aluminum profile systems which can be upgrade to large models in the future if need be. T-Series! machine can be also equipped with lot of additional accessories, so You will get reliable foam (EPS, XPS) cutting machine for “all” foam cutting works.

The T-Series! Hot wire CNC foam cutting machines come standard with one cutting wire and all can be upgraded to the 2nd cutting wire (DoubleWire feature).

Hot wire CNC foam cutting machine T-series! Projects

Each CNC foam cutting machines is built as a unique project and only according to direct customer needs. We use modern software technologies and professional tools.

Hot wire CNC foam cutting machine T 2500 and T 3000 are especially recommended for those planning to concentrate on the production of full-size architectural and decoration elements. The wire length in these series equals 250 and 300 cm, respectively. T 2500 cutters can also be upgraded with the TitaniumWire (standard in the T 3000 series).

Note: T3000 cutters come standard with pneumatic cutting wire tensioning (optional for T2500). The modular frame makes it possible to upgrade them to large models in the future if need be.

WARRANTY

All Hot wire CNC foam cutters come with an “unlimited” 5-year warranty.

1. The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical parts as well as software.
2. The only thing it does not cover is the cutting wire (but the 0.1 kg spool you receive with the machine is likely to last longer than the warranty).
3. All replacement parts are provided on EXW (ex-works) basis
4. Most replacement parts are shipped to customers on the very same day they are requested.

The T Series! Hot wire CNC foam cutters come standard with one cutting wire and all can be upgraded to the 2nd cutting wire (DoubleWire feature).

T 610, T 1300, T 1500 and T 2500 all have standard spring wire tensioning. In the T 3000 (and optionally in T 2500) series the cutting wire tension is maintained pneumatically which along with the TitaniumWire enables higher cutting speed and better quality. The most of the T-Series! foam cutting machines come with the standard NiCr wire. Depending on the parameters the operator sets, this cutting wire should last for app. 5-12 hours of work. It is inexpensive and is perfectly suitable for everyday applications. Each Hot wire CNC foam cutting machinecomes with a free 100-gram spool of the cutting wire.

COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL

Hot wire CNC foam cutter (Hot wire CNC foam cutting machine) is a computer-controlled device used to cut any shape in expanded and extruded foams. The hot wire moves in the Y and X planes thanks to microstepper motors controlled by the PC. This ensures flawless precision, high processing speed, and consistently excellent quality.

The precise mechanisms and perfect electronic control of motors movement enable the operator to cut any shape, as long as its thickness corresponds with the thickness of the material. There is also the option of designing and cutting a few different outlines of the same project which results in very attractive 3D shapes. The TurnTable makes it possible to cut e.g. spheres, Lathe is irreplacable in column cutting, further possibilities come with the ShapeWire Tool.
