Hot wire CNC foam cutting machine P60! Series is especially recommended to those beginning their adventure with the polystyrene EPS, XPS foams cutting world. The P60! Series CNC foam cutting machine have a 60 cm (for special order cutting wire could be 65–70 cm.) long cutting wire and are perfect for small XPS and EPS blocks cutting. Although small and inexpensive, these Hot wire CNC foam cutting machines are perfect for lettering, logos and small architectural and decorative elements cutting and so on!

The hot wire CNC foam cutter is a machine controlled by a PC computer, capable of cutting any different shapes/objects out of polystyrene foam (EPS and XPS). The cutting is performed with a hot cutting wire moving in the vertical and horizontal axes through the use of stepper motors controlled by an electronic controller connected to a PC via USB and operated with our control software. This ensures flawless precision, high processing speed, and consistently excellent quality.

The precise mechanisms and perfect electronic control of motors movement enable the operator to cut any shape, as long as its thickness corresponds with the material thickness. There is also the option of designing and cutting a few different outlines of the same project, resulting in very attractive 3D shapes. The TurnTable makes it possible to cut, e.g., spheres, the Lathe is indispensable for column cutting, and further possibilities come with the ShapeWire Tool.

AVAILABLE MODELS

The standard offer includes 3 basic models (lengths at X axis) which are designed to accommodate standard plate of cutting material. The narrower hot wire CNC foam cutting unit – P60! Small – is able to cut a standard plate along its shorter side, while the wider P60! Large model is wide enough to cut along the 3000 mm long side.

Note! In the P60! Series, the TurnTable and Lathe are combined into a single tool that can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the task.

The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical parts as well as software.

Most replacement parts are shipped to customers on the very same day they are requested.
